The GW-400J Silencer is a great G-Shock. It's a Japan-only release model that features solar charging, atomic time sync, built-in thermometer, and tide graph (with animated graphics). It looks quite nice in black, but the blue Triple Crown edition is bit nicer, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the limited edition blue one is quite rare and will set you back well over $300 US (if you can even find one). So, I decided to perform this band and bezel swap to turn my regular black one into a blue one.

Now it's time to take this one apart. This a unique G-Shock module. The bezel is very different and there are no spring bars holding the straps on.

And then the new band and bezel go on to complete this quick project.

The real blue Triple Crown GW-400TCJ-2JR Silencer has a special caseback and slightly different colored lettering on the watch face, but you basically get the overall look for a fraction of the cost.

Where did you purchase the blue bezel and band from?
I got it from Seiya in Japan.
Thanks
