The new Protrek PRW-1500YTJ-1JF is scheduled for release in June of 2008. This special stealthy black titanium version is going to retail for almost $600 USD. It's going to be produced in limited quantities, but there's no details yet on exactly how many. The higher price makes this one a tough sell, but I'm sure some Protrek fans are going to appreciate the uniqueness of the look. It's a slippery slope to a negative display from here.
