GW-9200 Wins 2008 Good Design Award

The new GW-9200 Riseman has one an award presented by the Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization. The feature-packed G-Shock got their attention by combining so much functionality into such a nice package.

The AWG-500J-1AJF also won an award for the Good Design Long-life award-winning design.

    It took me a while to make sense of this one too. There might be some more details, but the gist of it is that they like the GW-9200 Riseman because it's so awesome (as we all know).
