Six Generations of DW-5600 G-Shocks on 50Gs

Sjors has posted a new 50Gs article on the development of the DW-5600 line of G-Shocks over the last three decades. It all started with the DW-5000C-1A in 1983. And over the years that distinctive look continues on in the current lineup. Everyone should have at least one of these classic models.     hello Riley,

    Actually I meant to do an article about the GW-M5600. I think the other 5 generations basic squares came up during the story. While finishing the article I regret I do not own a DW-5000C. It would have made the photo shoot perfect.

    It just seemed like a catchier title this way. :)

    You did a great job of showing the history of the line. I really like all the side-by-side comparisons and everything The GW-M5600 really is a tribute to the original DW-5000C-1A . I wish I had one too.
