Casio USA has announced that the G-Shock Mini line of watches will be coming to America. These slightly smaller versions of G-Shock watches are great for kids and women (or any guys with small wrists). They've been available in Asia for some time, but it's been costly to buy them from overseas sellers. The initial marketing seems to be aimed at fashion-conscious women, with the watches being available at Bloomingdales with a starting retail price of $95 USD. These would be a real hit for kids if they had some models in the $30-60 price range. Lots of G-Shockers would like to get their kids started early.

This is good to hear. I tried to get the black/pink 5500 mini in the past, but they were very expensive and pretty limited in Japan. Eva said she likes the black/green one very much. I hope the prices for these will drop a little.
Cheers,
Sjors
What kind of search engine marketing campaign are they implementng to promote the mini watches? There are lots of great search engine strategies to help them improve their sales. Kaboodle is just one site that comes to mind.
