Azita in Frankfurt, Germany has designed a limited edition collaboration G-Shock. This watch is based on the GW-M5600-1. There's a large custom pattern and logo printed on the watch band. Only 10-20 of these have been produced, and they probably can only be found at the Azita store in Frankfurt.
