Masters of G Feedback Contest By Casio Japan

Posted the 21st day of December in 2009 by Riley.

A new G-Shock contest has been posted on the Japanese journal.mycom.co.jp website. It's tough to make out all the details, but here's a basic translation into English.

G-Shock is seeking comments from fans of the "Masters of G" series, including the Frogman, Riseman, Mudman and Gulfman. Readers are asked to report on their thoughts about the styles and design of these watches.

The contest deadline for submissions is Jan. 12th. Comments should be submitted through the special page linked to at the bottom of the article. There will be 3 winners of each of the series of 4 models, and the 12 winner results will be published on Jan 19th on the "my comi journal" website. Sponsored by Casio computer.

It'll be tough for any non-Japanese speakers to do much with this, but it seems like a good promotion. It would be great if Casio did a contest like this for other regions. Maybe something like the video contest Seiko did recently.

    Ha ha,

Don't ask me how I did it. Just for fun (probably only open for Japanese inhabitants), but after about an hour puzzling, I managed to sent my story, LOL. I even had to find out how my name should be written in Japanese, phew.

    Cheers,

    Sjors

Nice one Sjors. I was wondering if you would go for it. The Japanese language can be very tricky.
