The "Shock The World" tour landed in Taipei, Taiwan and put on quite a show. There was lots of new G-Shocks on display, and there was plenty of entertainment for attendees. Take a look and see what all went down.

I also found a YT video from this event but strangely that video seems to have been removed by now!
That watch next to the new G camera is not the CS9, its an old metallix version from 2001 I think, its the DW-5600FL-9SJR. Strange that they seemingly just by random put up such a rare and old model next to a brand new camera.
Also strange is one of those crazy colors, the metallic purple one with light blue face and light button, I do not rekognize it. The crazy color one and the G-man one is supposed to have a purple face with lavender pink LCD and either purple or gold light button. But perhaps its just something with the cameras white balance setting….
I like what I see with the new GA-100 live shoots, looks to be quite big just like the G-7900. Also like the design of the yellow one (seems like a shiny yellow which is a positive surprise), also like the all stealth one and the black one with blue details. Riley what do you think of these?
I am not sure I like that last commerical shoot with a gunned down man with a G. Casio have always been against violence, but now they seem to suddenly cater to the gangster wannabes? whats up with that? I dont want my precious G's to be assosciated with that shit!

You guys are totally correct. Thanks for spotting that mistake. You can see it much more clearly in the video I added. It's really odd that they used a G-Shock from 2001 in the display.
When do the GA-100 drop? I love the stealth and the one with the blue accents.
I'm not sure when you will be able to buy the new GA-100 G-Shocks. Probably sometime soon.
GA-100 ( -1 black, -1B(?) all black, -7 white) wii drop at 2010 FEB but not yellow and blue .
I guess the ga-100a-7,-2 wii come at MAR or APR .
GA-100 has 4 digit-zone (2 circle and 2 square) with 1/1000 sec cronograph and anti-magnatic (like gaussman) function.

It's cool that Kikuo Ibe does his speeches in the local language. I think he's done it for every part of this tour.
