Casio Announces New Eco-Baby-G BGR-300GR-3DR

USA has announced a new Eco-Baby-G BGR-300GR-3 to go along with the three Go Green Project G-Shocks. This watch is bright teal green. It features Tough Solar and an innovative LCD. These will be available in March with a retail price of $110 USD.

From product to packaging, the BGR300GR-3 is enclosed in a recyclable box to assist in the green movement. Available in an earthy shade of green, the BGR300GR-3 stylishly coordinates with the eco-friendly movement, while bringing attention to the important environmental cause.

“We’re very excited to welcome this new eco-friendly timepiece to the Baby-G line,” said Shigenori Itoh, vice president of Casio’s Timepiece Division.“Casio is a company dedicated to supporting eco-friendly initiatives and we are very proud to introduce this solar-powered watch in conjunction with the celebration of Earth Day.”

    Wow. I very rarely produce any audible noise while looking at my screen, but this made me emit a very real and almost perfect "ewww!".

    Maybe some sort of warning is in order - "bright teal green" in the description simply didn't prepare me enough for the impending scene!

    LOL. It does have quite a glow to it. I wonder if it will look much different in real life. It looks almost radioactive in that image.
