well i just bought me a limited ed. red GLS-5600L-4CR a week ago and was wondering if i was to take off the two ends that you slide the band in would i be able to add the a DW-5600E-7 bands or any other bands... not a band that i slide in or a velcro strap. trying to make it look custom with a white band on it"

You can replace the velcro band with a regular resin one, but I'm not sure if the parts on the DW-5600E would be fully compatible.
You can definitely use the parts from any other model with the 3178 module though.

The parts should be compatible if they have the same module number.
so model 3178 parts will fitt with model 3151?
but mines has a slip in leather strap... how can i make it just a regular resin band, so i need to unscrew the 2 ends where u slip it in?

I'm not sure what other parts will be compatible. You'll have to do some more research. Maybe someone else has modded one of these?
