PhiladelphiaDo you sell plain metal bezels for the DW-6900? I'd be curious to see what that would like on a G-Shock. I'm not much a fan of the extra bling.

I just ordered and received one of these watches and I must say they are very cheaply made. Way to fake looking and lightweight. Not only that the hassle of returning it was aweful, their customer service sucks.... Beware of their return policy people, they will try everything possible to not give you a refund....

Do you have any photos or anything? It would be nice to make sure you're just not a competitor slamming them or something. The knock at Casio being cheap seems a little off. But granted lots of Casio watches are very inexpensive. I've never understood the taking of a < $50 watch and slapping on a $1000 of whatever. I wish they would at least use a nice Frogman or something.

Riley I can vouch for myzshock. I'm another victim and I agree, that are very chinsey looking in person. I had to fight it with my credit card company to get a refund. Their only concern was the sale of the product, not the customers satisfaction. For the record, I'm not a competitor or in the business of watches. I believe ziamond is the only company making the Z Shock style watch "Now I know Why". Aweful.

Wow! I knew I wasn't the only one. The images are very deceiving, the product is not near as nice in person. Yes it's Complete Junk. BTW zschock, it's NOT a warranty issue it's a quality issue and I concur, your customer service department is terrible. "Once shame on you, twice shame on me". After much research, I come to find awhile back you all sold my wife a ring on your ziamond site and we had the hardest time sending it back for a refund. I wish I would have known that you were the same people. I'll be sure to pass my experience on to others.

This person(s) has yet to call ZShock or contact us directly. Call me directly and have proof of purchase ready so I can help you. My name is Sike 1-877-7ZSHOCK. Again, I will ask you to please post images of your watch (point out the problems)and a copy of your invoice to prove your point (please block out personal info), this should not be a problem if you are telling the truth and be sure to show the ZShock stamp to prove it's our watch. Then we can take this seriously, until then this is just slanderous talk and hype. ZShock has nothing to hide, please post images and let's try to help you if you are having a problem. MyGShock.com should reconsider it's posting policies when slanderous statements are made without facts to back them up, although Mygshock has also asked these people to post images and they have yet to do so.

Slander? When someone expresses their shopping experience. Then what do you call it when you mislead or misrepresent your products to customers? GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE
Wow, I haven't bought anything from the zshock site, but I did buy a pair of stud earrings from the ziamond site about 4 months or so ago. I certainly wasn't pleased with the return procedure. I did get a refund however I was drilled for the reason for my return. Point blank I wasn't happy with them. Instead of just authorizing my return, they got me frustrated and really made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I get better service from an order taker at Mc Donalds. Anyone want proof? Call their customer service department and you'll see for yourself.

I don't agree with these negative comments about Zshock. Seems like people with buyer's remorse that expect custom items to be refunded after they realize they can't afford their purchase.
Zshock is a BRAND and a lifestyle. It's not for everyone.
I have two Movado watches that I have worn for years, so a Zshock is clearly a huge departure from what I am used to.
I was so pleasantly surprised. It is so cute, and I get so many positive comments about it.
I work in the travel industry and I deal with so many people. I seldom had a comment about my watches in the past years. Now people ask me about it and ask it they can look at it or even try it on. They ask me where to get one, and I give them the website with confidence.
As far as customer service is concerned...I only had one issue. My watch was not delivered soon enough because I was so impatient to have it. They provided complete tracking info within 24 hrs, and I found out that my UPS man wouldn't deliver because my pug was barking at him (SMH).
I have the ZShock Jellin Series Bezel G-Shock Baby-g Jelly...and it's cute, and sporty at the same. It is all "L-O-V-E".

passaic nj port richey fli just wanted every g fan to know i own two z shocks but honestly it's not worth the money,two reasons.. gs are a tough watch once it's blinged u loose that appeal,,two if is not broke don't fix it..let's leave the g's the way they are supposed to b..not saying not to get one,to eachs own..

passaic nj port richey fli own two z shocks and i've paid 3,000 each but they are real diamonds and by the way they are made perfect..it's about the only company that makes the best gold bezel for g shocks.....www.zshock.com
