Mudman Models: What's the difference?

  1. I acquired a G-9010-1DR before I realized the "W" was missing which seems to indicate that it has the "atomic time" feature. This upset me. Using the G-9010-1DR as the base model...what are the FUNCTIONAL differences, if any, between the various Mudman models that are available? I'm guessing that model numbers aren't as important to functionality as the "module number" is, but here's the list anyway.

Below are the following model numbers that I've identified so far:
    GW-9010R, GW-9010-1JF, GW-9010R-4JF, GW-9010-1DR, G-9010-1DR, GW-9010-1ER, GW-9010-1V, GW-9010A-1V, GW-9010MB, GW-9010MB-ER, GW-9010MB-JF

    GW-9010R - functional difference?
    GW-9010-1JF - 2008 model; (Module 3150)
GW-9010R-4JF - Men In Rescue Edition (Orange)
    GW-9010-1DR - 2009 model?; (Module 3153)
    G-9010-1DR - 2009 model? *no Atomic Sync
GW-9010-1ER - European model *Stain Resist (mud/dust); Flashing EL
    GW-9010-1V - functional difference? (Module 3150)
    GW-9010A-1V - functional difference?
GW-9010MB - Men in Black Edition; functional difference?
GW-9010MB-ER - Men in Black European Edition?; functional difference?
    GW-9010MB-JF - functional difference??

The only difference is that the GW-9010 has atomic sync and the G-9010 doesn't.

All the others are just variations in how they look. A negative LCD might be considered a functional difference since it's harder to read the display.
