Turn Beep on and off?

    I have a gshock GW3000. I have not heard any beep from not even the alarm, and I'm positive that my alarm is on. Is that possible that I have accidentally turned off the beep sound.? thank in advance.

    Most g-shock's have a mute mode but it should not stop the alarm from beeping.

    Press and hold the menu button and mute will appear on screen, this only mutes button and hourly beeps. It does not effect timer or alarm beeps.
